Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial roofing projects across Iowa, from estimate through completion. You will coordinate crews, review plans and contracts, and keep customers updated on progress and safety.

Candidates should have 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, strong knowledge of roofing systems and manufacturers, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within commercial roofing.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Proven ability to manage crews and superintendents across large-scale projects.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large commercial roofing projects, from the initial estimate through to completion.
• Oversee on-site safety and compliance to ensure standards are met.
• Review project plans, estimates, and contract documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain project schedules and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Job Info:

Lead and manage all phases of large commercial roofing projects, from the initial estimate through to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site safety and compliance, reviewing project plans, estimates, and contract documents, and maintaining project schedules while resolving any issues that arise. This position requires you to have great communication skills to actively talk and update customers while maintaining a strong relationship with them.
