Job summary

Réalta Technologies is seeking an experienced Rockwell Automation professional to provide technical leadership and project coordination for a major pharmaceutical waste treatment facility in North Carolina. You will own the automation scope from design through startup, working with engineering teams, system integrators and owners to shape requirements and ensure successful delivery.

You will review designs, specify Rockwell PLC architectures and networking, coordinate integrator activities,

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation and PLC control systems.
Experience in greenfield facilities or major capital projects.
Experience with system integrators, defining scopes of work and overseeing delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the automation and control systems scope for a new pharmaceutical facility.
Review and influence automation designs, control system architecture and technical requirements.
Provide technical direction on Rockwell PLC systems, industrial networks and control system integration.
Define automation requirements and scopes of work for system integrators.
Coordinate the integration of multiple packaged equipment systems.
Review engineering deliverables and ensure designs meet project and operational requirements.
Support system integrator selection, tender evaluations and technical discussions.
Oversee contractor deliverables, project milestones and technical performance.
Identify technical risks, design gaps and integration challenges throughout the project.
Work closely with engineering, project delivery and operations teams through implementation and commissioning.
