Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years of leading design/architecture of systems (patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design and implement a software framework for generalized dexterous mobile manipulation.
• Design and integrate cloud and edge inferencing systems.
• Evaluate and integrate low-latency real-time teleoperation middleware.
• Develop human-machine interfaces for fast no-code programming.
• Document designs, performance, and validation of the software architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype new concepts.
