Job summary

Aptiv, a global technology company, is expanding its Robotics and Drones division and seeks a Program Manager to lead the development, validation, and deployment of robotics and drone hardware and software systems. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure programs meet time, budget, and quality targets.

This role requires strong technical understanding, customer engagement, and a track record of delivering complex programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related field.
10+ years leading complex engineering/product programs.
5+ years leading Project Managers or cross-functional teams.
Proven experience delivering hardware and software products end-to-end.
Strong understanding of development processes, risk mgmt, and commercialization.
Experience managing multiple programs, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of robotics and drone development programs spanning hardware, software, autonomy, and integrated system solutions.
Mentor a team of Project Managers and set priorities and execution standards.
Translate strategy and customer requirements into executable program plans.
Own program performance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and outcomes.
Ensure lifecycle readiness from concept through launch and post Deployment support.
Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
