You will define and execute technology and product roadmaps spanning embedded systems, software platforms, autonomy, and machine learning-based perception, while building and leading high-performing engineering teams.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in embedded systems for robotics or related products.
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience turning concepts into production-ready hardware/software.
- Strong systems engineering and algorithm understanding.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive technical strategy for embedded systems and software across AMR and drone platforms.
- Lead sensor integration, data pipelines, and perception software development.
- Collaborate with product managers to shape roadmaps and resource planning.
- Manage hiring, mentoring, and career development of engineering teams.
- Drive end-to-end execution from concept to deployment with safety and quality focus.
