Job summary

Wabash is seeking a Robotics Automation Engineer to lead robotics initiatives within the manufacturing organization. You will act as the subject matter expert for Fanuc and Kawasaki robotics, program, service, and train staff while coordinating vendor support and safety/compliance practices.

You will help develop best practices, standards, and optimization strategies for robotic applications, collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and other business units to deliver reliable automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in robotics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Fanuc or Kawasaki robotics preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Fanuc and Kawasaki robotics, including engineering, programming, service, training and vendor supervision.
• Develop engineering best practices and standards for robotic applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new robotic solutions.
