Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Survey Lead to manage survey crews on large roadway projects in Florida. The role requires coordinating field data for as-built surveys and ensuring accurate layout using CAD and GPS tools.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy construction surveying, excels in communication, works well outdoors, and holds a valid Florida driver’s license. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of surveying construction experience with heavy roadway projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in CAD and Excel is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead crews of surveyors and prepare data at the site.
• Prepare GPS files for automated equipment.
• Collect site data for as-built in coordination with Survey Manager.
• Perform layout and as-builts for road construction items.
• Maintain control and execution of surveying activities (field and office).
• Verify equipment monthly.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings.
• Daily maintenance and preparation of surveying equipment and vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
