Morningside Ministries is seeking an RN to support a Transitional Care Facility at Kendall House in Boerne, TX. You will supervise CNAs, provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate admissions and services for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license required.
• One year of clinical experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or healthcare facility preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of CNAs on skilled nursing units to ensure high quality care.
• Provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, complete admissions.
• Coordinate with other departments and consult with physicians; liaise with families as needed.
• Support leadership development and help maintain a positive care environment.
