Morningside Manor in San Antonio, TX, seeks a registered nurse supervisor to oversee daily resident care, administer medications, and ensure treatment plans are followed.
You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate admissions and discharges, document accurately, and communicate with families and physicians to maintain high-quality, person-centered care.
Texas RN licensure required; strong leadership, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements are essential for success.
Provide quality nursing care to residents at Morningside Manor. Administer medications and required treatments as ordered by the physicians. Monitor nursing assistants and provide assignments as needed. Complete admission paperwork for new residents, as well as address resident and family concerns. Assist in the oversight of care provided on unit and report any issues/concerns to Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
