Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program with Texas license.
• Recent LVN experience preferred.
• Maintain current Texas LVN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care to residents in an assigned unit.
• Administers medications and notes reactions; documents treatments.
• Directs and supervises ancillary nursing staff in care delivery.
• Assists with discharge processes related to medications and orders.
• Follows safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and infection control standards.
