Our ideal candidate holds a New Jersey RN license, BLS, and has 2+ years of nursing and leadership experience; schedule is Mon-Fri 2 PM–8 PM, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license with active status.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and knowledge of nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families about care needs.
• Prioritize care for multiple residents based on urgency.
• Enforce nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership for a positive environment.
