Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on site in Chatham, NJ. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, care quality, and staff support in a subacute setting.

The RN Supervisor will ensure guidelines are followed, maintain a safe environment, and promote confidentiality and teamwork while supporting residents, families, and colleagues in daily clinical routines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in NJ.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure nursing guidelines are appropriate and followed.
• Provide a compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.
