Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Center in Chatham, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee facility operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support residents, families, and staff. This role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork.

The RN Supervisor will maintain nursing guidelines, promote a safe environment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Shifts are 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM, with a daily pay option available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in NJ.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Shifts: 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain nursing guidelines and ensure they are appropriate.
• Provide support to residents, families, and employees to establish a compassionate environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Protect resident confidentiality by monitoring information handling.
• Foster a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team.
