Accolade Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and support physicians within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes supervising assigned team members and ensuring accurate transcription and notification of orders.

Pay ranges between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and paid leave.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and their support systems.
• Foster a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Promote patient independence by establishing care goals, teaching patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against goals and standards.
• Resolve patient problems using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Assist nurses with medication carts and unit documentation and supervision.
