Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in West Orange, NJ is seeking motivated and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and help elevate resident care each day. The role offers opportunities to lead clinical operations and mentor staff.

You will partner with the DON and nursing leadership to coordinate daily shifts, ensure high-quality care, and participate in QA initiatives. NJ RN license required, minimum 2 years in SNF, strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Collaborate with DON and Assistant DON to support daily clinical operations.
• Address team concerns proactively and escalate when appropriate.
• Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling to maintain coverage.
• Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, and performance management.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and facility committees.
• Ensure accurate MDS documentation and assist with discharge planning.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents and families.
