Job summary

Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality care to residents at our facility. This is a full-time, non-union position with a pay range of $44.00–$49.00 per hour.

We value experienced and compassionate RNs who can supervise staff, coordinate with physicians, and maintain strict documentation and regulatory compliance. Comprehensive benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Coordinate care with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.
