Job summary

Unifeye Vision Partners is hiring a Registered Nurse Lead in Upland, CA. The role combines peri-operative nursing care with lead RN duties to support the ASC Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, supervising staff, ensuring CMS compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care across pre-op, circulating, and post-op stages. California RN licensure, ACLS and BLS are required, with 5+ years of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• California RN License required; ACLS and BLS required.
• Lead or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of practice standards and regulations.
• Obtain patient history and perform physical assessment.
• Present data to physician to aid clinical decisions; educate patient.
• Prepare equipment and assist during treatment; administer medications.
• Monitor vitals and patient safety; respond to emergencies.
• Participate in staff training and CMS/documentation tasks.
• Coordinate and optimize patient flow from admission to discharge.
• Lead RN duties: schedule planning, staffing, CMS documentation.
