Job summary

Unifeye Vision Partners seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Lead in Upland, CA to deliver high-quality peri-operative care and lead the nursing team in collaboration with the ASC Nurse Manager.

The role includes supervising patient flow, staff training, and ensuring safety and compliance in the operating suite. Must have an accredited RN program, 5+ years RN experience, and lead nurse experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience in hospital or surgery center setting preferred.
• Experience as a lead or charge nurse strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide peri-operative nursing care as RN Lead.
• Coordinate and optimize patient flow and experience from registration to discharge.
• Lead RN duties including training of staff and CMS/compliance.
