The Operating Room Perioperative Services Clinical Nurse Lead will report to the Director of Perioperative Services and collaborate closely with surgical services leadership, anesthesiologists, surgeons, registered nurses, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals. Supported by friendly nurses and a diverse multidisciplinary team, the Operating Room Perioperative Services Clinical Nurse Lead will coordinate daily workflow, mentor staff, promote regulatory compliance, support quality improvement, and maintain efficient, safe patient care throughout the operating room.
