Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a Nursing Leader to manage daily CCU and CVIL operations, ensuring efficient and safe patient care. You will supervise nursing staff, uphold quality and regulatory standards, and drive workflow improvements in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires MSN (BSN considered), Maryland RN licensure, and 7+ years of nursing experience with leadership exposure. Knowledge of governance, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making will be valued in a dynamic hospital

Qualifications

• MSN required; BSN considered; must matriculate into MSN program; one year of education may substitute for one year of work experience.
• Minimum 7 years clinical nursing experience; nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Previous clinical management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience navigating rapidly changing situations with flexibility and continuous learning.
• Current Maryland RN license required; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of CCU and CVIL to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality care, maintain regulatory compliance, optimize workflows.
