Job summary

The Fort Mojave Indian Tribe is seeking an RN - Clinical Operations Lead to provide comprehensive nursing care in the tribal outpatient primary care facility. You will lead clinical staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure patient-centered services for tribal members.

Qualifications

• Must have passed the NCLEX examination.
• Active RN license in the United States (state/territory).
• Experience in outpatient primary care nursing is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive professional nursing duties in outpatient settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate clinical and patient flow, supervise nursing staff.
• Lead care coordination and referrals across services.
