Job summary

Redding Rancheria is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to support the DON in daily operations and clinical oversight of multiple outpatient clinics within the Tribal Health System, including primary care, urgent care, and procedures. This role ensures consistent clinical practices across sites and acts as back-up to the DON during absences.

The position emphasizes collaboration with nursing staff, providers, and leadership to promote safe, efficient, patient-centered care and effective service

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in outpatient/clinic healthcare settings (minimum 5 years).
• CPR Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to all work sites.
• Indian preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services across multiple clinic locations to ensure consistent high-quality care.
• Support daily clinical operations in primary care, urgent care, and procedure areas, including patient flow and staff coordination.
• Monitor quality indicators, patient satisfaction data, and incident reports to identify improvements and support corrective action plans.
• Develop, review, and implement clinical policies to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Act as patient liaison to address concerns and facilitate service recovery with professionalism.
