Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or leadership nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and effective teamwork.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain optimal flow and patient safety.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance on critical decision-making.
• Serve as a resource for staff questions, conflict resolution, and policy clarification.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Monitor compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Document incidents, staffing changes, and relevant shift information accurately and promptly.
