The role requires current RN licensure, BSN preferred, and a track record in leadership, staffing, and interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state they work or covered by compact
• BLS certification (preferred on hire)
• Unit-specific certifications as required
• 2 years nursing experience with 1 year in acuity level of desired area

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on a designated unit
• Guide staff and oversee unit in leader's absence
