Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible/compact state; BLS HCP or equivalent.
• Three levels (I–III) with increasing experience and leadership expectations.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician/licensed independent orders and administers meds safely.
• Guides and delegates tasks; supervises RNs, LPNs, care partners, and staff.
• Delivers age-appropriate care and documents care per multidisciplinary plan.
• Maintains alignment with ANA ethics and Virginia nursing practice standards.
