Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU in Virginia is seeking Clinical Nurse I–III to provide age-specific direct care, document patient progress, and administer medications within an integrated care plan. This role offers opportunities to develop leadership at the unit level while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Positions require Virginia RN licensure (or eligibility/compact state). Clin I–III progression depends on experience; shifts include weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible/compact state.
• Diploma or Associate Degree from an approved nursing program.
• All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing will be required to enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years of their start date and complete within five years.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, age-appropriate care to patients per medical orders and care plan.
• Deliver prescribed medications and monitor for interactions.
• Demonstrate leadership within the unit and supervise/train other staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient and family needs.
