Job summary

NSPIRE HEALTHCARE is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to join our team. You will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAAs, and Care Plans) in alignment with Federal and State regulations and coordinate with the facility team for high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN license, experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities, and at least six months as an MDS Coordinator. RAC-CT or RNAC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Six months of experience as a MDS Coordinator.
• RAC-CT or RNAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and participation in the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's and Care Plan) in accordance with current Federal and State Regulations.
• Monitor and document the management of the Medicare and Managed Care residents in collaboration with facility team members.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
