Avir Vista is seeking a qualified Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) to join our team in a resident-focused long-term care setting. The role requires current state licensure (RN or LVN) and CPR certification, with leadership responsibilities for nursing staff and coordination of care plans.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing care, administering medications, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse (RN or LVN) in good standing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience as Charge Nurse or in supervisory roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
• Direct patient care and supervise licensed staff.
• Uphold residents' rights and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Develop and implement written care plans for residents.
• Participate in in-service training and staff development.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
