Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and to serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff at the Westlake Health Campus in Commerce, MI. You will lead a team to ensure safe medication administration, proper documentation, and ongoing care planning for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure proper medication administration, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse/physician if there are changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
