Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in long-term care and geriatric settings preferred.
- Ability to administer medications and perform basic skilled procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and skilled procedures.
- Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
- Communicate with residents, families, and attending physicians.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
