Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living seeks a Registered Nurse to provide plans, coordinate and manage nursing care for residents in our long-term care setting. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, document treatments and ensure resident safety.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, CPR certification, and prior gerontological nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state RN license.
• CPR certification and nursing specialty certification desired.
• Experience in gerontological nursing preferred; 2+ years in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and others under supervision.
• Plans, assigns and directs work of nursing team members.
• Monitors and corrects job performance of staff.
• Coordinates nursing care to ensure resident safety and appropriate medication administration.
• Documents medications, treatments and physician orders in resident records.
