The Registered Nurse (RN) at Trilogy Health Services provides direct clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff at Smiths Mill Health Campus in New Albany, OH.

You will lead a team of direct care providers, ensure accurate medication administration, documentation, and care planning, and participate in family teaching and care conferences. Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification.

• Current, valid state RN license required.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care planning are accurate.
• Use the nursing process to deliver care from admission through discharge and return to family.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify the charge nurse or physician if changes occur.
• Identify emergent situations and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, and charting as needed.
