Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting. The RN will lead shift routines, oversee nursing activities, and ensure high standards of care for residents.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, and participation in staffing decisions. Colorado-licensed RNs with CPR and CEUs are preferred; growth and development opportunities are available, with competitive pay including night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado required.
• CPR certification required.
• Maintenance of CEUs to stay current.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction on the assigned unit.
• Deliver comprehensive resident care and assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Participate in staff evaluations and staffing decisions.
• Serve on committees to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Assume Building Charge duties as assigned.
