Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group in Murray, Utah is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in our Salt Lake area home health and hospice unit. This full-time position requires an active Utah license and a 4-year degree, and offers hourly compensation.

You will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other staff.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Utah license to practice as RN or LPN.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills and collaboration with the care team.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
