Job summary

Briarcliffsouthbend is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, lead the nursing team on your shift, and positively impact residents daily. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state (unrestricted).
• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and skilled procedures.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Communicate with residents, families, and attending physicians.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Participate in care planning, MDS, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.
