Cantex in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team, delivering patient care in accordance with physician orders and clinical policies. This role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN/LVN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications as prescribed, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in line with standards and physician orders.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
