Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school is required.
• Valid RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN), participate in and oversee patient care services as prescribed by attending physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per clinical policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and care plan.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Execute physicians' orders and implement the patient care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure care management systems are in-serviced and integrated into care delivery.
