Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, Montana, is seeking an RN - Shift Lead I (part-time, day shift) to provide clinical leadership and ensure appropriate staffing. You will supervise, respond to emergencies, and collaborate on staffing while promoting mission and values.

The role requires a BSN, Montana RN license, and BLS; regular on-site shifts with potential float and on-call as needed. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or provide direct patient care and support staff on shift.
• Respond to patient emergencies and act as charge/lead for disasters.
• Collaborate with staffing office to adjust staff for census changes.
• Communicate with oncoming Charge Nurse about census, staffing and admissions.
