Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in unit councils and Nursing Quality Teams to improve indicators and patient experience.
• Mentor new graduates and seek leadership development opportunities.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients to promote desired clinical outcomes using the nursing process
