Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic operations in line with policies and laws.
• Interview, hire, and train clinic staff; assign work.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and cover front desk.
• Lead staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Oversee safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
