Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
Current Illinois RN license.

Ability to follow facility policies and support quality care.
Must meet physical job requirements, including lifting, bending, and standing.

Responsibilities

Provide total care for residents on assigned unit during scheduled shift as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Collaborate with allied health team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments and evaluate effectiveness.
Educate residents and families about care plans, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor team performance and support staff development, evaluations, and corrective actions.
