Job summary

Aliya Healthcare in Illinois is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide total nursing care for residents on the assigned unit during the shift. You will supervise staff, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow facility policies and deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents on assigned unit during scheduled shift.
• Collaborate with allied health team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per policy.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and procedures.
• Monitor team performance and support staff development and evaluations.
• Identify and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
