Job summary

LifeView Group is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing services for adults and children with mental health needs in Northwest Florida. Work under the supervision of a RN or physician to assess, plan and deliver care that promotes safety and therapeutic outcomes.

The role requires Florida LPN licensure, CPR certification, and proficiency in CPI for patient behavior management. Travel to clients' homes and training locations may be necessary; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Must have a valid LPN license in Florida.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to perform CPI and client behavior management.
• Provide integrated mental health and co-occurring services.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services under RN/MD supervision.
• Perform assessment, treatment planning, direct care, and safety management.
• Deliver person-centered services using trained skills.
• Coordinate care and participate in risk/safety management.
