Chevron’s Supply & Trading (S&T) organization seeks a Head of Risk Transformation to build a modern, independent risk capability and lead risk systems, data, and analytics that underpin it. This role partners with the trading teams to align risk with Chevron’s commercial objectives across a dynamic global portfolio.

The position is co-located with S&T in Houston, with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in energy or commodity trading risk, including leadership.
• Direct exposure to physical and financial commodity portfolios across markets.
• Proven track record of building or transforming a market risk function, including governance and limits.
• Experience leading CTRM/ETRM systems, data, reporting or digital risk transformations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and maintain an integrated view of market, credit, liquidity, operational and counterparty risk across the S&T portfolio.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to the trading organization, guiding hedging strategies and portfolio decisions with independent challenge.
• Lead risk systems, analytics and reporting for market risk, credit risk and trading compliance globally.
• Strengthen governance, data quality and escalation for risk reporting and limit setting.
• Build and develop a high-performing risk organization across regions and functions.
• Communicate risk clearly to senior stakeholders as part of the global S&T leadership team.
