Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Head of Risk Transformation in Houston to lead and champion risk analytics, governance, and systems across the Supply & Trading portfolio. This role focuses on delivering an integrated risk view, enabling informed decision-making and strong risk controls in a global trading environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in energy or commodity trading risk with leadership experience.
• Direct exposure to physical and financial commodity portfolios.
• Proven ability to design target operating models and governance.
• Experience leading CTRM/ETRM systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated view of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk across S&T portfolio.
• Partner with trading to advise on material transactions and hedging strategies while maintaining independent challenge.
• Oversee risk systems, analytics and reporting for global trading operations.
• Strengthen risk governance with clear data quality and escalation.
• Develop capability paths and succession plans for risk teams across regions.
• Communicate risk findings to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
