KLJ is seeking a Right of Way Agent IV in Minnesota to lead land acquisition, easements, permits, and property agreements on transportation, utilities, and infrastructure projects.

You will negotiate with landowners, guide project teams, interpret deeds and titles, and engage with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward in a fair, compliant manner.

This role requires clear communication, professional diplomacy, and the ability to represent KLJ at public meetings and with clients.

Qualifications

• Lead as the right of way resource on projects, guiding strategy, execution, and team coordination.
• Manage or support land acquisition, easements, permits, and property agreements.
• Partner with managers, engineers, surveyors, and clients to keep projects aligned and moving.
• Represent projects at public meetings and stakeholder discussions.
