Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Field Superintendent- Rigging in Pecos, TX to lead crane and rigging activities on the SCGT project. This long-term, camp-based assignment is contingent on project award and requires strong onsite leadership and safety focus.

You will coordinate subcontractors, develop rigging plans, monitor 3-week look-ahead schedules, and ensure design documents and Bechtel standards are followed. A bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years (or 14–17) of relevant experience, including power-plant

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering a power plant as Rigging Superintendent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct supervision of subcontractor teams.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination.
• Develop scopes of work and rigging plans.
• Maintain daily site logs and crane/rigging inspection programs.
• Ensure design documents are current and changes are approved.
