Qualifications

• Minimum eight years proven operations management experience in construction, manufacturing or rigging.
• HS diploma or equivalent; related degree a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, management, supervisory and project management skills.
• Highly self-directed and motivated.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Wright Plan/CRM as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate with sales on job walks and assist with bids/estimates to accurately price projects.
• Oversee all rigging operation activities from site management to dispatch of crews.
• Develops, plans and implements rigging crew schedules in line with customer direction.
• Directs workforce to meet goals in volume, cost, quality, safety and schedule.
• Supervises one or more superintendents, foreman, leads and dispatcher.
• Hire, coach, train and manage rigging crew performance.
