Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical manuals as required.
• Willing to learn and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect rigging materials to ensure safety and reliability.
• Align, level, and anchor machinery or equipment.
• Attach loads to rigging and operate hoisting gear.
• Select gear (cables, pulleys, winches) based on load specs.
• Signal and communicate with workers during rigging operations.
• Dismantle, inspect, and store rigging equipment after use.
