Job summary

Ranger Energy Services in Pleasanton, TX is hiring a Rig Operator to lead and oversee well servicing rig operations on-site. You will manage crews, coordinate rig-up/down, operate BOPs and pumping systems, and communicate with clients to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of well servicing rig experience, a valid CDL or ability to obtain one, and proven leadership and multitasking skills. This full-time role includes PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of well servicing rig experience.
• 2+ years as a relief operator (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain).
• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
• Completion of all required pre-employment screenings.
